Task

Write your response to the following situation. Some think it natural for young people to move from villages to big cities, where there are more opportunities for study and work. Others are convinced that young people should stay and develop their home village, or villages will empty. • Write in a journalistic (publicistic) style. • Express your ideas logically and coherently, following the norms of the literary language. The essay must have three parts: I. Introduction. 1) Two or three sentences; 2) do not copy the text of the situation word for word. II. Main body. 1) At least three paragraphs; in each, discuss the positions of both sides and your own view in detail; 2) support the different views with real-life examples; 3) present your own reasoning in detail and with evidence; 4) everything must stay within the topic. III. Conclusion. 1) Summarise the ideas of the main body; 2) two or three sentences. NOTE: Do not write an outline or an epigraph.
